§ 1 Application
Corecosmos Shop (owned by Bem, Harras & Jilg OEG) provides it services to you exclusively subject to the following conditions in the relevant version at any one time.
Conditions other than stated in the Terms and Consitions are not applicable unless agreed on in writing with Corecosmos Shop.
Corecosmos Shop the trade name of Bem, Harras & Jilg OEG, Stipcakgasse 6/3, 1230 Vienna, Austria, Europe.
§ 2 Registration
Placing an order requires prior registration as a customer of Corecosmos Shop. Multiple registrations under various names and/or addresses are not allowed. After the successful creation of an account, the customer is accepted by the system.
Corecosmos Shop reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accounts in its sole discretion. In this case Corecosmos Shop is entitled to block the respective user name and password.
§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract
Your order constitutes an invitation to treat. Once you have placed an order, we´ll send you an order confirmation via email stating that your order has been received by us and specifying its details.This confirmation does NOT represent the acceptance of an order but it is meant to inform you about the receipt of your order.
The contract of sale comes into effect not until the ordered products have been dispatched and we have informed you thereof by sending you a shipment confirmation via email. Products not listed in the shipment confirmation are not part of the contract of sale. The contractual partner is Bem, Harras & Jilg OEG.
Corecosmos Shop does not offer products to persons under the age of 18. All of our products are sold to adults only.
Any goods purchased from this website are for personal use and not for re-sale. Corecosmos Shop reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
§ 4 Revocation
Subject to a term of two weeks after receipt of the goods, you can revoke your order - without stating the reason therefor - in writing (e.g. via letter or e-mail) or via return of the bought item(s).
The dispatch of the revocation in time is sufficient for the observance of the stated time limit.

Consequences of revocation:
In the case of an effective revocation both parties have to return the received goods and services. Should you not be able to do so, you become liable for damages where appropriate.
You can avoid becoming liable by NOT making use of the goods as an owner would do and by refraining from doing anything that affects the goods´value.
For the return of orders (in due time – 14 days [see § 4]) with an order total of under 40 EUR postage is to be paid by the customer (assumed that the goods delivered were equivalent to the goods ordered). In all other cases postage is paid by Corecosmos Shop.
§ 5 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, the ordered goods are delivered to the address stated by the customer.
Specifications regarding the delivery period are without commitment unless the time of delivery has been bindingly agreed on.
Should Corecosmos Shop not be able to deliver the ordered goods due to a supplier´s failure to fulfill his contractual obligations, Corecosmos Shop is entitled to cancel the contract of sale with its customer.
In this case the customer will get notified that the ordered product is not available.
This does not affect the orderer´s legal claims.
If delivery is impossible because the shipment does not fit through the customer´s entrance door/stairway or because the customer can not be reached at the agreed address (although delivery has been announced), the purchase has to bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.)
§ 6 Terms of Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or via Paypal.
§ 7 Retention of Title
Until payment is fully effected, the goods remain property of Corecosmos Shop.
§ 8 Liability for Defects
If the goods are defective, the statutory provisions are applicable. The customer´s claims can not be transferred to a third party.
Unless stated otherwise in the follwing, any further claims are excluded.
Therefor, Corecosmos Shop can not be held liable for any damage to objects other than the delivered item, especially loss of profit or other financial loss. As far as the contractual liability of Corecosmos Shop is excluded, the same is valid for its employees, representatives and auxiliary persons.
This limitation of liability is not valid if the reason for the damage is gross negligence or intent or in the case of damage to persons.
Should Corecosmos Shop violate negligently a contractual obligation, the liability for property damage is limited to the typically resulting damage. If the compensation is provided in the way of a compensation delivery, the customer is obliged to return the goods originally sent to him within 30 days (postage is paid by Corecosmos Shop). The return of the defect goods has to be effected in accordance with statutory reguilations, otherwise Corecosmos Shop is entitled to claim damages according to law.
The limitation period ends twenty-four months after the time of delivery.
§ 9 Copyright, Reviews
If a user does post content (reviews), he grants Corecosmos Shop a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, such content throughout the world in any media. The user grants Corecosmos Shop the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
Corecosmos Shop will always try to name the author (unless he has indicated he wants to stay anonymous) and has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
§ 10 Applicable Law
By visiting Corecosmos Shop, you agree that the laws of the country of Austria, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Corecosmos Shop. CISG is not applicable.
