Shipping & Returns

You can return every item within 14 days time after delivery. Given the goods are in unused condition, your money is refunded immediately. Shrink-wrapped or sealed media can be returned only if the wrapping/seal is still intact!
Please note that in the case of incomplete return, damages to to the goods or use-related wear you will be charged the loss in the goods´value.

The postage of the return consignment will be refunded if you have cancelled the contract of sale within 14 days after receipt of the goods in writing or via e-mail, returned the goods and the order total amounts to a minimum 40 EUR. The dispatch of the revocation in time is sufficient for the observance of the stated time limit.

The postage of the return consignment will also be refunded if the goods have not arrived in perfect order and condition or if they are defect. Please understand that in every other case postage is to be paid by the customer.

Claims resulting from the contract of sale con not be transferred to a third party.
The dispatch of your order is effected by Austrian mail.
